Privacy policy

In short

Fishbonbon collects no data. No account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no internet connection. Everything the game saves (your aquarium, your fish, your pearls) stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Fishbonbon is published by FastoData. For any question about your data: fishbonbon@shader.be.

2. What the game saves, and where

To work, the game saves only on the device (iPhone or iPad):

This information is never transmitted, neither to us nor to any third party. The game contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting module, and it does not connect to the internet. It is erased when you delete the app.

3. Notifications (optional)

The game may offer a local notification when an egg is ready to hatch. It is scheduled by the device itself, with no server, and iOS asks for your consent first. You can decline or withdraw it at any time in Settings → Notifications → Fishbonbon; the game remains complete without it.

The game does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, location or contacts. Should a feature ever need one, it would be described here before going live.

4. Children

The game is suitable for children. Since it collects no personal data, it complies with the rules protecting minors, including the GDPR (Article 8) and the US COPPA. It contains no external links, no advertising and no purchases.

5. This website

fishbonbon.shader.be uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services: fonts and scripts are hosted on the site itself. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and proper operation, for a limited time, and uses them for no other purpose.

6. If you write to us

If you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to reply. They are neither shared nor used commercially, and are deleted once the request is handled, at the latest after one year.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port the data concerning you (in practice, your email exchanges with us, since the game sends us nothing). Write to fishbonbon@shader.be. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date, and significant changes will be announced before they take effect.
